SHIPPING POLICY

Each Asseh Jewels piece is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail.

Many of our fine jewelry pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for production before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. SHIPPING

Asseh Jewels offers complimentary U.S. shipping on eligible orders.

Shipping transit time begins once your jewelry has completed production and has been dispatched.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

For security, a signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees charged by the destination country.

Asseh Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

DELIVERY

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Asseh Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

If a package is returned to Asseh Jewels because it was refused, unclaimed, or could not be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.
