Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER.
PLEASE ALLOW 2 TO 4 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION PLUS SHIPPING.

We require a signature upon delivery for any order over $500.00. ASSEH JEWELS is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any weather or technical issue with the shipping company. If your package is returned back to ASSEH JEWELS for any of these reasons, you will be held responsible for paying the shipping fee.

Please note that UPS or USPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Asseh Jewels is happy to offer FREE ground shipping (US only). Expedited shipping is available and can be chosen at checkout for an additional fee.

Your orders are processed from 🗓 Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm.
Since each piece is individually handcrafted in Miami, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to have it on its way.

Your precious pieces will be shipped via USPS. We will send you a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped out.

We are happy to accommodate any special requests, such as birthday, graduation or delivery messages or gift packaging at no extra charge. Please send us an email with your message or special requests at 📩 info@assehjewels.com and we will make it happen ♡!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. ASSEH JEWELS is not responsible for any additional fee's associated with your purchase. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the reciptient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. All international deliveries require a signature. If the reciptient is not available for a signature upon arrival or the reciptient failes to pay the remaining taxes and duties resulting in the package being returned back to ASSEH JEWELS, you will be held responsible for paying the shipping fee. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather or customs related issues.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a package from ASSEH JEWELS is refused, or the recipient declines to pay import fees and taxes, the customer is responsible for return shipping back to the USA.
