Exchanges
Unfortunately, all sales are final, we do not refund your jewelry ordered. However, if the product does not match your expectation, you can exchange it FOR FREE. We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@assehjewels.com. If your exchange is accepted, the shipping cost will be at your charge. Please ship your product to:

We will take care of your exchange and will send back your requested item by USPS. The shipping cost will be at our charge. Usually, you will receive your Asseh Jewels packaging between 5 to 7 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
