RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that all sales are final. Asseh Jewels does not offer refunds.

Eligible non-custom items may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@assehjewels.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your exchange has been approved and received, Asseh Jewels will process the replacement item.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@assehjewels.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom orders, personalized pieces, made-to-order pieces created to a customer’s specifications, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
